James R. Manhart
Bandora, percussion
Played for many years in Texas with the Renaissance band Heartsease, before moving to NC. Joined Musicke Antiqua in 2014 and play Bandora and percussion with this band. Is an avid student of guitar in many genres.

Recorders, bass Viola da gamba, Crumhorns, Vielle, percussion
Played for many years in Texas with the Renaissance band Heartsease, before moving to NC. Joined Musicke Antiqua in 2014 and enjoy playing bass viola da gamba, recorders, crumhorns, vielle, and percussion with this band. I am also a member of the West African drum troupe Wild Bodema, and play mandolin in an Old Time local band.

Susan McCann
Recorders, capped double reeds, Baroque flute
I was a music minor in flute at Baldwin-Wallace University and have an MS in mathematics from Case-Western Reserve University. While teaching mathematics, I played flute in orchestras, bands, and chamber ensembles in Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, Texas, and North Carolina. I have played recorder for about 15 years. I also play Irish and Native American flutes.
